GENERAL TERMS OF SALE – ROSAYH
THE CUSTOMERS EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE AND HAVE ACCEPTED THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE.
ANY PURCHASE MADE IN STORES OR ON THE WWW.ROSAYH.COM WEBSITE IMPLIES THE CUSTOMER’S UNRESERVED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE AND THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER ARE WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY AND ALL MANDATORY, NON-WAIVABLE, AND MORE FAVORABLE PROVISIONS WHICH MAY APPLY UNDER LOCAL LAW.
ARTICLE 7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The provisions below apply exclusively to Orders placed on the Site, Gift Cards included.
7.1 Right of Return and Exchange
With the exception of personalized or made-to-order Products, which are non-returnable and non-refundable, the Customer has a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Products purchased on the Site to request either:

an exchange, or
-
a refund.
Any request made after this thrirty (30) day period will be refused and the Product will be returned to the sender at their expense.
We are only able to offer pre-paid labels for domestic returns in the contiguous US at this time. Orders from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or from outside the contiguous United States can be returned, at the shipper's expense, for a refund or store credit of the purchase price. Duties and taxes are non-refundable upon return for international orders. We are unable to offer direct exchanges on international orders at this time; only store credit or refunds.
7.2 Return & Exchange Procedure
To request a return or exchange, the Customer must, within the thirty (30) day period:

Access the return or exchange request form via the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the Site home page;

Complete and submit the online request;

Once approved, use the prepaid return label provided;

Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier collection point.
No return or exchange will be accepted without following the above procedure.
7.3 Condition of Returned Products
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, Products must be returned:

in resalable condition;
-
in their original packaging (box, case, garment bag, etc.);

with all labels attached and all accessories included;
-
undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions.
We are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse, or typical wear and tear. If an item is returned in non-compliance with our return policy upon inspection, the item will not be returned to the customer, and we will be unable to issue a full or partial refund.
7.4 Refunds & Restocking Fee
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
A non-refundable restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the full-price value of the order will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned Order.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) to eight (8) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned Products by the Company’s warehouse. Please note that additional processing time may be required by the Customer’s bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7.5 Exchanges
If the Customer requests an exchange and the replacement Product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the Customer.
If the replacement Product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in accordance with Article 7.4 and subject to the restocking fee.
If an exchange is not possible due to availability, the Customer may opt for a refund or receive a store credit valid for twelve (12) months.
Exchange items are subject to the current availability of the requested item at the time of shipping. Your exchange may be cancelled for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock. Orders originating on Meta can be returned for a refund or store credit only.
